I'm doing a Halloween costume which requires brown lipstick. I don't have that nor do I plan on spending $8 or more dollars on lipstick I'll use once. So I invested in cream makeup which is brown. It looks great but it feels like it is drying out my lips, is there anyway to prevent this?
