Just constant arguing and bickering between the two of us. I attend highschool and have a fairly well paying pet time job. I'm just ready to move out and leave. Sounds immature but that is the simplest way to express it.
Is there any way being 17 (being 5 months away from 18) I could legally move out?

I think sense your so close you could go if you wanted to you could go to the courts and get emancipated you can stay but do little talking to who your having the problem with very little conversation might help till you can find some where to go you also have to ask your self are you attending college applying for college is another thing.
