Is there any restriction for playing Pokemon ORAS online via Nintendo 3ds for some countries?

I am from Ukraine and want to buy 3DS and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire. But i'm afraid to see something like "Nintendo online features are not supported in your country". Is there a possibility for this?

What region does your system say you're in? If it says something like the UK, or Germany, or whatnot, you'll be fine. Check in your settings what country it's in, and change it to the UK if you're so worried.
