No. No matter how hard one tries to provide physical evidence, or wants there to be physical evidence, there simply is not any. But, everyone has the right to believe in what they choose to and all have a right to faith in a deity. If there were physical evidence, one would not have to use the word...believe, because the evidence would be plainly visible for all to see.
There is as much evidence of the existence of a higher sentient being, or a God, as there is against such a deity. Some will say that the world around us is proof of His existence and others will not accept it as such. The point of religion is faith, the belief in something which cannot be proven, which, in a way, is what much of science is with the theories and circumstantial evidence that can never actually be proven.
There is, however, historically and scientific evidence that much of the Bible did actually happen such as the Great Flood, so if one were to take out the mentions of God and religion in the Bible, it would be very difficult to say that the Bible did not happen.
You and me are physical evidence of God's existence. You and me were not born because of our parents, we were born because of a life that is the Soul, Spirit, the Atman. We don't realize this. We don't realize we are not the body and the birthday that we celebrate is not our real birthday. We came alive when two cells merged, but this is not in the hands of our parents. There is enough physical evidence that God exists. Open your eyes and look up, the sun, the moon, the stars, the birds, the animals, the flowers. All these are proof of God's existence. All these are manifestations of God. Even science agrees that every atom of matter is nothing but energy. What is this energy? It is God energy. We have to be enlightened and realize the truth.
There is no scientific evidence that a great flood happened. None at all. There would be footprints of this, but there is none. The initial question was is there any Physical evidence that a God exists, the answer is no. There is Physical evidence that contradicts the "teachings" in the bilbe and quran, such as evolution and the vastness of the known universe. Some of the stories in the bible more than likely did happen, but the ones that involve talking snakes, walking on water, man created from dirt and women from the rib of man, are clearly nonsense that no self respecting adult would even consider to be true and worst of all, teach to children.
