Is there an outdoor, solar powered light that has an on/off switch but is not motion activated?

The market is flooded with solar powered lights. Home Depot puts them on sale every now and then. Target has several models. Amazon.com will pay the postage on them. Walmart carries some. It is a popular DIY project at www.instructables.com/id/Solar-Powered-Night-Lights/
