My Mom has somehow been monitoring my Instagram DM's, and I don't know how she's doing it. My theory is she logged into my account from her phone, so I changed the password. If that doesn't work, I'm going to look on her phone and iPad to check if she has monitoring apps installed, and uninstall them or log out. Hopefully the password change works, but if not, are there more ways she could monitor my messages? I have the app locked with a fingerprint and passcode along with my phone passcode, which is a pattern. I do not think she knows the passwords, but I changed the code and pattern anyway. If anyone knows anyway she can still monitor my messages, can you help me?

As far as I know, the only way to see someone's DMs is to have access to their password and username.
Monitoring apps can only do so much, I think.
But if you check her phone and iPad, you're doing the exact same thing that you're accusing her of doing; invasion of privacy.
