Is there a way to prove you have driven your car from one EU country into another?

There seems to be no information on this, and if you need to show evidence that you brought the car into a country ( say from Germany into France, or Bulgaria into Greece)on a certain date how can this be achieved? This question applies to an EU national where passports are not stamped. Thanks
