Is there a way to PERMANENTLY remove hair? Like one way that will have it NEVER grow again?

Is there a surgery or procedure that REMOVES unwanted hair anywhere? Not something that'll just lighten the color or get rid of it for a few month but really get rid of it. As in it never comes back?

There sure is .. It's called ipl or later hair removal. It's painful however but it works after a few Treatments
