Is there a way to fix a broken audio jack easily or to turn off build in computer speakers?

I have a Toshiba computer running windows 7. Recently the audio jack broke so that when I plug in headphones it gives them audio but the build in computer speakers still play too, is there a way I can fix this or turn off the build in speakers?

I would try checking the "Device's Drivers" and make sure that they are all functioning correctly. There also might be a virus (Highly Unlikely) causing this. Run a virus scan with "Windows Defender" or "Avast" or any other antivirus that you feel comfortable with.
