Is there a way to create a list on excel and have it pick random names on it BUT?

Details:

I trying to figure out a way to have an excel sheet pick random names ( which i know its possible) BUT also lock or freeze those that have been picked so they are randomly chosen again.

Added 3+ months ago:

for example i have
1.ana
2.michelle
3.john
4. peter
5. Mike

I want it to choose two of those and LOCK them in so they are not chosen the second time i randomly choose another two.
