I am just wondering if it's possible with the surname being 'Summer' ^_^ but any will do as long as the meaning is conveyed.. it would also be nice if it sounded cool hehe.. and how to Write it? thanks

I ran the words you were looking for through an online translator (Google Translate, which is practically my best friend sometimes xD) and here's what it came up with:

Silver - gin
Archer - ite (pronounced like EE-tay)
Summer - natsu or kaki

So altogether, the phrase 'silver archer of summer' in Japanese would be (I think, from what little Japanese I've picked up from anime and video games xD;; ) 'ite gin no natsu' or 'ite gin no kaki' (with 'no' meaning 'of,' as you'll probably know =P) but hopefully those words can help you out with the name?
