I am ambidextrous, and my current mouse is... less then stellar. Is there a good wireless option that I can use? I am not on a budget of any kind. however, something that costs more than 10$ and shows it would be plenty. It has to be wireless, because otherwise, wires knock everything around, and some way to switch between right mouse button being the primary and secondary clicks is a massive bonus.

Any mouse can do that. Click the Windows icon in the lower left corner of the screen. That is called "START". Then click "Control Panel". now you have a menu of menus to change some functions in your computer. You should click them all and see what changes are available to you. You don't have to memorize everything, but you should remember what options you have and where to find them. You should do the same in every program you use. You should also right click various items to see what other menus there are. For example you can tight click the desktop and change your monitor's resolution, and some drivers can even rotate the image. After doing this you can claim to know how to operate the computer at the beginner level.
