I once played arma 3 altis life and it was amazing best game I ever played, unfortunately I wont be able to play it again anytime soon, so I am wondering if its on android?

ArmA 3 would absolutely fry an Android.
These types of games are never available for mobile or low end type of rigs. There aren't any similar games on the Android neither, there are a couple fun 3D MMORPG's but that's about it for 3D games.
It's nothing you're looking for, but ArmA 3 is strictly a PC game. Any of the ArmA's are strictly PC.
