Is there a dvd workout for men: build muscles (not bodybuilder) ,1-2 months long, 3-4 times a week & use minimal euipment? P90X3 and insanity max 30 take all the week, and the others online don't promise muscles. I would prefer use bodyweight only or resistance bands. thanks

I would recommend Body Beast. I am currently doing it and getting some pretty serious results. It is a 90 day program that is split into 3 cycles. The exercises can all be done with light dumbbells, and most could be done with a band if preferred. The workouts are fun and the schedule is lenient as well.
