Is there a computer witch can hold 2 sata hardrives and a webcam is so can u tell me what computer?

I assume that if you build it yourself, you can fit nearly anything with the right tweaking. I don't think any ordinary, off the shelf computer is made to hold who HDD's, webcam or not. I have not tried to fit more into a computer than one of each part, but with some clever wiring and possibly an open cabinet, I am sure it is possible to build it.
