Hello. I'm 60 and have many health problems. Due to my medical condition, I'm not able to get a job and get medical coverage. I was disapproved for disability by Social Security and Medicaid. I'm under 65 and dont qualify for Medicare. I dont meet the income requirement for Obamacare. I need to move to a city or town where there is free medical services or discounted fee for poor people. Is there a city or town in the country that has free or discounted fee for poor people? Thanks.

Free clinics are usually located near the people they are trying to serve. In most cases they are located near other nonprofits that serve the same target community such as food-banks, Head Start, Goodwill Industries, the Salvation Army and public housing. Best is probably to reach out to places like that, such as the Salvation Army, in your city and ask for directions.
