Is there a better time of a day to take Zoloft so it doesn't effect my sex drive?

There is none that I know of. I have been on that drug myself and different drugs affect people differently just depends on your body. Some medicines will do it I have had one do it to me also. And I was told by 2 different doctors that it was just either one of those things you can either live with or switch your medicine and see if something else might would help me better. So I then chose to go on Prozac which didn't have that side affect for me.

No.

The way most medicines work is that a certain concentration builds up in your blood before it is effective. With the SSRIs, this takes several weeks, so hour-to-hour variations are not significant.

"In fact, antidepressants in the SSRI family (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) are known to cause low libido. Prozac, Zoloft, Celexa and Paxil are all SSRIs and all have been documented as having sexual side effects. ... Of course, depression itself can cause low libido.

If it affects your libido talk to your dr about switching meds.
