I just joined school sports and one of my teachers/coaches is really mean. she tells us that we are the worst students alive and even directly point to students and humiliates them but if we try to confront her she asks like she didnt do anything.

This all depends. Bullying can be cause by many different ways.
Does your teacher repeat or says other worlds the same thing over and over again?
Does she/he does it everytime?
Does she/he touches you in any way? If so you better go tell your principal abput this. No teacher has the right to touch in any way.
There is many ways to see if its considered bullying or not.
If you have a conserller at your school go see she/him and askes the same question without saying any names like you just did here.
