The coloured mark has been there for 6 weeks and it's about the size of a penny on my cheek. Will that eventually go back to normal or will the skin in that area always be like that? I'm assuming the skin is just taking a slow process to heal after the scab?

Well, yes, skin is normally pink, and fresh skin is pinker than normal. There is a difference between normal skin and scar tissue: scar tissue forms when vitamin E is not enough to allow normal skin. Get "Pure Vitamin E Skin Beauty Oil" at the cosmetics counter. Be sure it says "Pure". You can also use capsules by poking a hole with a pin and squeezing the oil out. Vitamin E has to soak in, so put it on when you can leave the skin bare for a while.
Yes. it works.
Does the skin not return to normal on it's own then?
Vitamin E reduces the body's need for oxygen. When the body has enough vitamin E then it grows normal tissues. When vitamin E is low, the body makes scar tissue because that doesn't take as much oxygen. You can study some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
Can I use bio oil to help heal the skin? Iv seen that contains vitamin C&D
I have no information about this "bio oil".
Sorry, it contains vitamin C and E and is mainly used for skin. Is that likely to heal the pink/red marks where the scab was?
I have told you everything I know.
Will that make the skin go back to normal colour?
