Back then when the new 3ds just came out, there was no big reason to buy it. The old 3ds was perfectly capable to run the majority of games released in 2015 with ease and confidently is still a strong player in the 2016 year. The only thing the new 3ds did for 2015 was help players with camera problems in games like Monster Hunter or Legend of Zelda remastered. But with 2016 rolling in with bigger and more complex games such as Monster Hunter X, Dragon Quest, Hyrule Warriors and potentially unreleased ips, is the new 3ds worth buying now with 2016 starting to roll in?
