I sold my car to a family member back in July of 2016, its now January 2017 and they still have the title and haven't transferred it or gotten updated tags or anything like that. I signed it over to them and they signed their part, but they never went to get it transferred, is the car still legally mine?
PS. part of me asking this is because I am wanting to get the car back, she hasn't made payments or done anything and I am afraid if she gets a ticket or wrecks its gonna come back on me
