Is the 1531(b) Program being touted a real safe investment?

This was out on the net early last year. If it was real it would be all over the news. All the people I know who have financial planners including my own are not pushing for this at all nobody is talking about it.

I researched it online and anything promising $7,000+ a month is garbage.

Do not fall for it.
