Swimming is very good for building muscle. But exercise will not help you gain weight you would need to increase your calorie intake.Regards G.
Swimming is very good for ur muscule.But to gain weight in a healthy way talk to a nutrienist.
Swimming is a great cardio/resistance exercise but will not really help you build muscle.
In order to build muscle you really need to get into weight lifting.
