Is skin rash treatable at skin clinics?

if its treatable you could go to a skin clinic what kinda rash is it ?how long have you had it ?you could also go to your regular dr if need to dermatoligist might be able to help is it dry skin or something flaky dermasil is a good lotion to put on it but answer your question it would be treated at a skin clinic if you choose to go that direction
