Some people believe, that real peace of mind cannot be found as long as the world is filled with suffering and injustice. Is it possible to have now?

I do have a peace of mind now. I know that all things now are temporary. I try to stay focus on the things to come. Because of living according to God's standards and following Bible principles, doing God's will is primary in my life. It keeps me balanced. The Bible encourages us to focus on doing God's will rather than our own desires. I try hard to think as God does and to be directed by his Holy Spirit.
Peace of mind is not something you have to find, it is something you decide. If you decide to worry about " the world is filled with suffering and injustice" then of course you have a lifetime of worry ahead of you. One reason Christianity can offer peace of mind is that they point out that Satan is the god of this world, so of course it is filled with suffering and injustice, and you are not responsible to put an end to it.
Read a chapter of Proverbs every day. Proverbs has 31 chapters so you can keep your place by just looking at a calendar. There is no religion or nothing in Proverbs and you don't have to believe anything. Just read to find wisdom. When you are comfortable with that, then read the bible from Romans to 2 Thessalonians over and over until you start to remember what it says. That is the part that applies to Christians.
Of course, peace of mind is possible but for having peace, you must discover the monkey mind within. Unless you tame the monkey and make it into a silent monk, you will not have peace. Individual peace is the basis of peace in families, in communities, and even between countries. And today, peace of mind can be found only when we overcome our ignorance and realize the Truth. Peace is the foundation of happiness, without peace, there can be no joy. Please read this book to understand this better.
