My old battery wouldn't start up my motorcycle. Would turn half over then just stop trying to turn as power slowly fades every crank. I replaced with this battery EverStart ES12N94B, charged at a shop. Installed into bike and it shorted out my fuse. Box it came in shows no spec info of how much power it provides. I think my bike needs a 7amp battery and this is pushing 9amp. This battery okay for bike and get new fuse or this totally wrong battery?

You need to learn what the words mean. A battery does not short out a fuse, provide power or push amps. Assuming you have a 12 volt system, the charger provides 14.85 volts and the battery absorbs charge. With the engine off, the battery has 12 volts or close to that number. The starter draws whatever current it needs, and if the battery is not fully charged or is going bad, the voltage will drop and it won't turn the engine as fast as it normally would. So you are using all the words backwards.
I don't know about the fuse.
Take your bike to a qualified mechanic to see what is wrong and what to do about it.
