Hi everyone,
Lately I have had some disturbances in my health and according to my symptop I thought it could have something to do with diabetes. Anyway, I got a glucose matter at home, and after sleep (about 9 hours) I measured my glucose level. The thing is that I took the blood sample from my palm, not my fingertips, as I have a kind of blood phobia, which means I faint in presence of blood. After the test, the glucose matter showed 88 mg/dl. I want to know if this kind of measurement shows somehow real results, or it must be done in different conditions?
Is my glucose level normal?

As I told you, I have a kind of blood phobia and I faint in presence of blood. I did not need a real-time measurement, I just wanted to know if I had or not diabetes and the most painless way seemed at the palm of hand. Please read before answering
