Well! That's a word you don't hear very often!

Phan·er·o·zo·ic
adjective Geology
of, relating to, or denoting the eon covering the whole of time since the beginning of the Cambrian period, and comprising the Paleozoic, Mesozoic, and Cenozoic eras.
the Phanerozic eon or the system of rocks deposited during it.

All seas show signs of being raised, lowered, and/or otherwise disturbed at various times. You are talking about almost all possible times. Geologists have found two worldwide floods, neither of them the biblical one. The Mediterranean Sea was a forested valley for a long time. Same for the Dead Sea. A large part of Canada used to be a fresh water lake. One big lake in Russia has dried up while modern Russians watched.
