Yes, but better for games than for phone although it can do both. I wouldn't buy one as I prefer to keep the two techs seperate if only to guarante that I have quality. From experience there is no device on the market that, currently, can do both equally well.
There are reviews for the device and all give it a 3/5 stars but you can read them yourself and decide.
