While backing up out of a parking spot almost 85% of the way I heard a noise and got out the woman behind me had to back back into her spot I got out went to her driver side window neither of us knew what to do so I called the police thanks changed our information gave office forms to fill out no injury claim was made it was very minor now the insurance company calls me and tells me they're making a claim that no one was in their vehicle and that I backed into a parked car it's a false claim I'm trying to get a hold of the nine-one-one call because no accident report was made any suggestions
