So, my question is, is it wise for a girl my size to take up A boxing class? I'm fairly fit but I'm not a muscley girl in the slightest. I'm 15 and weigh 110 lbs.
And, it concerns me that if I were to join a boxing class, I wouldn't be around others who are my gender/age group... Since it is a male-dominant sport.
I know it is a very tiring and difficult sport that needs a lot of time and effort... But I am willing!!!!!
Just wondering if I should put in the time to join a boxing class... And if so, any tips and tricks I should keep in mind?
