Is it weird that I'm looking for reason to cry?

well if you feel bad about something and you still got built up emotions because something happening or something that has happened years ago you might be looking for something to handle out emotions i don't think its weird unless something dramatic has happened and you still feel alot of emotion about it like if your blaming your self over something you can't control this might be the only way you can deal with it you could have alot of reasons that you search for and answer to the problem that bothing you it could be a dealth or you feel bad about your self or you had failing grades or you don't have a job or you don't have a girlfriend or no friends or are not doing bad in school it could be a number of things they say crying can reduce the anxiety your feeling
