Is it "unusual" to get a an odd number when one die is rolled? Answer the question, considering an event to be "unusual" if its probability is less than or equal to 0.05.

No. On a die with N sides, the odds of any number are 1/N, and AFAIK all dice have an even number of sides, so the odds of rolling an odd number are exactly 0.5 in every case.
If you were to roll a 20 sided die, the odds of any number are exactly 0.05, so the question is merely goofy.
