I am trying to overcome an eating disorder and my nutritionist wants me to go from eating very little to a very large amount of food that, in my opinion, most of my friends don't even eat. Isn't it very unhealthy for your stomach to go from eating very small amounts to a normal/ large amount within a VERY small time frame (1 week)?

No matter what you think of it or your friends think of it listen to the nutritionist. They are there to help you and they have a degree so there opinion and suggestions are probably the most accurate. If they have a medical suggestion listen to there expert advice because they know what's best for your body and they definitely know what they are doing better than most people. ( except other nutritionist ) hope this helped :)!
You better follow on what your nutritionist told you so. They better than anyone else. Besides, it's for your own sake. It might be so hard at the beginning but eventually, you'll be so used to it.
Just eat Organic fruits and vegetables more often to help you meet the minimum requirements your body need every day. If you are tired of going to grocery store, you may buy online or visit Doorstep Organics which has everything your organic needs.
