I am a boy of 17 years old. I want to learn how to play violin. But i've heard that to play violin , i have to make my hand very soft and i will not be a muscle man. But i want to go both gym and violin. Can i go there or it will make any problem?

This is not true generally. Of course, a real injury to the hand, arm, or even the rest of the body is likely to influence ones violin playing, but many professional violinists do the full range of other activities.
