If your making yourself bleed you are harming yourself.
I have read that it is better to release your anger through exercise, join a martial art class, or you can clench your fist.
I dont think you can hurt yourself if you clench your fist.
If you are sad let it out or distract yourself if you are frustrated then find something fun to do like sing or nap (only if your body is tired or strained)
Or go to therapy if you have anger issues
I had anger problems as a teenager also, about the same age as you. I scratched my arm with a screw. This could be the beginning of a worse anger problem. If you don't find a healthy outlet to let off some steam or stress etc. it could get bad. I recommend finding a hobby that requires physical exercise, weather it's sports or weight training and also find a friend that is willing to help you express yourself or vent when you need to.
This could also be puberty, as you get older your anger problems could calm down but until then you need a healthy outlet and a friend you can talk to, who knows how to give good advice and just be there to listen. I do think your marks will heal, but it depends on how deep the wound was.
