I had been using crest 3D white toothpaste last night and it made my gums swell. So I am switching toothpaste. The toothpaste I am going to use is called UltraBrite. So I did not know if it was was safe to use crest 3D white mouthwash after brushing my teeth with UltraBrite toothpaste? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much.
Is it safe to use crest 3D white mouthwash and UltraBrite Toothpaste at the same time? Thank you?

It should be fine. Mouthwash contains mainly alcohol unless alcohol free, a anti-bacterial agent to kill of the bacteria that cause plaque and fluoride which is the important one - it helps to prevent cavities.
Toothpaste normally contains fluoride as well. It is to clean the teeth but also an effective way of brushing fluoride onto your teeth. Fluoride works best when on the teeth for as long possible. This is why, after you have brushed your teeth you should not rinse the toothpaste off with mouthwash or water. If you do rinse after brushing you are washing away all the fluoride left on your teeth and completely defeating the object.
Use mouthwash before brushing not afterwards. Mouthwash contains an agent which kills the bacteria which cause plaque. You want to kill off as much as possible before brushing because otherwise all your are doing is spreading them all over your mouth when the idea is to clean them off.
