Is it safe to put hydrogen peroxide, full strength, in a 9 year olds ear?

I have put peroxide on childrens scrapes and cuts as young as 5. I am sure it's safe, it brings out infection. Mothers put alcohol on an infants umbellical cord, i dont see peroxide being a problem in an ear. Hope this helps.
