i don't think thats a good way to get your vitams you need through the day all you really have to do is watch your sugar you take into your body cut the calories get 30 minutes of excerise use fiber cause on a normal diet if you use fiber it can be taken before dinner and your other means it acts like a spunge and will keep you full before you eat if taken a hour before meals watch your carbs alot of carbs causes us to gain weight
