As the tittle note, I just wonder. When some people especially women or girls would like to eat little to keep thin. But to me, that seems impossible. As I weight too much. :( How can I look like those models? :P

Just be active, take part in sports or put energy into the things you do, e.g. walk fast instead of just strolling casually around. Avoid really heavy foods like ice cream and pizza and chocolate and Fast Food. Muesli with milk is healthy and fills you up well in the morning. Fibre and warm drinks such as tea will help you digest food quicker (so it doesn't stay in your gut). Chewing food well means it doesn't take so long to be broken down in your stomach. Fizzy drinks inflate you unnecessarily with gas.
Models are actually unhealthily thin, they are anything but "models" for other women. Finally, be happy with the body God has given you, one can only do so much, at a certain point we are just each a different shape or size.
