Is it real that human have the power to move things through their mind?

Thoughts have power but thoughts can only be thoughts. They get influenced and lead to feelings; feelings can create action. It is action that has the power to move things. However, there is no doubt that thoughts can influence a person. The mind which is supposed to be the thought factory, can therefore create positive or negative thoughts that can be responsible for man's destiny. But remember, thoughts can't do it directly. Unless thoughts become feelings and actions that become a habit and a character, there can be no destiny.
