If you are partially colour blind, is it possible that you can't differentiate between neon yellow, yellow, orange, red, green, pink, green, and blue?

A person with normal vision can not see all the colors of the rainbow; there is a space between blue and violet. That color is indigo, the color of "blue" jeans, Indian corn, and eggplant/aubergine. Young people often are able to see a color there, but people above high school age usually can not.
The eye detects red, blue and green, so "partially color blind" might means loss of one of those in any amount. It usually means one can not distinguish gray and brown, or green and red.
