Is it possible to make my computer (windows 10) automatically launch a file upon logging into it?

Yes. There is a pre-installed program called "Task Scheduler". With this you can launch a file upon logon. Youtube is guaranteed to have something about it.

Click 'action', 'create task', 'triggers', 'new', under 'on a schedual' dropdown select 'at log on', click 'ok', click 'ok' on the previous window, a message will appear saying 'you must enter task name...', click 'ok', a new window will open, type in name you want to want to give the action, select the 'actions' tab, click 'new', click 'browse', select program location, press 'ok', press 'ok' on previous window, you should be all set.
