I'm 19 years old.My BMI is 16.9;Is it possible to become fit if i go to gym and do exercise regularly?

eat healthy food. like protien and then work out. get enough sleep, 8 hours. and get mentally healthy too. when your whole body is working together and functioning properly, you will become fit. work out atleast 4x a week, then add on to your exercising techniques. ex. start lifting 60lbs, for 2 weeks, then add another 10lbs every week
