I'm Male, almost 18, 5'7, 190 lbs ,and I'm aware of the risks of being fat but I want to get bigger (Only to like 230 lbs) but having muscle would be great too. All the searches I've made all say gain muscle while losing fat but I also want to gain fat too.
Is it possible to be muscular and mobile while still having a fat belly?

Why would u want to gain fat weight? 230 pounds is way too much for U'r age, even if it is mostly muscle. u want to be a healthy weight & have a healthy amount of muscle. Not like hulk, then u just look like u'r on steroids. & steroids are for weak asses who can't get strong physically or mentally.
you can be muscular and mobile, and be fat. In your strength exercises would be like anyone else's. you just would be eating more calories than you burn. That all there is to it. Of course always be nice to your body. Gaining should have things beneficial to your body, and not just junk. Your building muscles can't run on that ether.Proteins, hydration, calories, and proper muscle building techniques with recovery time.Good luck!
