I can't say that it will, but possibly. Al human DNA combinations could be repeated, doubled, or destroyed, leaving us humans at chaos. Between space and time, we could be clonging ourselves, or clong someone less, or confusing other people( example: One man named Bill has upturned eyebrows, left cheek has a small curvature, while bule eyes with red hair. DNA cloned. His name is Bob. Same features. Bill is the real guy. He could be confused as Bob, while Bob becomes the real one then.). So I ain't have a direct answer.
Highly unlikely, as each individual person got certain parts of their DNA makeup from their parents, making a new unique combination that no one else has (assuming you don't have a identical twin). Meaning that the chance of the DNA combination that makes you being found in another person that's not related, is pretty much impossible. However, the chance of people having a very similar DNA combination is much more probably and could explain the whole "celebrity time travel theory"
