I'm going to start a DIY project. I have this old Urata bicycle. It's chasis is made of mostly aluminum. I'm crazy for the case hardened look. So I thought of making my bike case hardened. But I'm not sure if that's possible. Help please. I just need to know how to get the case hardened effect.

"Rainbow effect" can mean a lot of things, and "case hardened look" means nothing to me. You need to explain what you are talking about well enough to lead to an answer. At the very least you can go to images.google.com and find something to show people the look you want.
If you find a picture on the internet you right click it and copy the location. Then you can paste the location into your post and people can click it to look at the picture. If it is a picture on your computer you can upload it to tinypic.com and post the link they give you for it.
images.google.com also has a camera icon so you can upload an image or drag a link into the box to see where you can find that picture used on the internet.
