My younger brother and I under go chastisement from our mother about the distinction of colours because we are both colourblind and she isn't. We don't argue because we don't belive we're colourblind, but because we belive that sometimes reflected or florescent light can change the percieved colour of some objects makeing them appear a different colour even to those who aren't colourblind. Like a blue film over a yellow background makeing it appear green. Isn't this possible to varying degrees in everyday life? Like when clothes under a shop light look one colour and then slightly different out in daylight?
