Whenever I'm faced with a extremely stressful situation. One of the things are school as I had a horrible time there since I was 10 years. Anything related to school, like if it comes up in a topic or something. I get flushed and get hot flashes till I almost start to sweat instantly. My feet tingle and the so does the tips of my fingers. I also sometimes feel like I have to pee and the worst part is that I totally freeze and my stomach so badly hurts from the butterflies that I actually think something is in there. There is bile down my throat and gets dry all of a sudden. I want to bury my head in the ground. I also bite my nails and still do for like 12 years.Whaddya think?

A panic attack would speed up your breathing and thought process to the point of you genuinely thinking you are having a heart attack. Panic attacks also speed up other bodily processes such as the pace in which your heart beats and you may begin to perspire. I would say no, you are not having a panic attack- school just really frightens you and makes you nervous. I would suggest asking yourself what specifically about school makes you uncomfortable and go from there. If you find yourself thinking something similar to "everything about school worries me", you're not thinking specifically enough. You're definitely not alone here- school used to make me sick until I discovered it's all about perspective. If you change the way you think about it, you'll change the way you feel too.
XOXO, good luck.
The first line of defense against depression and anxiety is B vitamins. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. So when the color fades, it's time for another pill. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
