Im trying to stay in shape so.. Is it okay if i go to the gym a fe times a week and everyday dance?

look at it this wayif you think you have enough energy to go to the gym make sure you have enough proten and a snack before you go to the gym this way you don't lose valuable elements your body needs or if it seems like you are out of energy after you do sometimes go to the gym every other day this will allow you to still do the gym and dance classes
